REO Property Acquisition Loans
We often have borrowers come to us for financing on the purchase of REO (foreclosure) properties. We can generally loan up to 75% of the current or projected value of a project, and sometimes go all the way to 100% of the purchase price. We have frequently worked with buyers of discounted properties, and are intimately familiar with the process for getting these hardmoney transactions closed.
Bridge Loans - as short as 3 months
Many of our borrowers need a short-term bridge style solutions without the typical pre-payment penalties that other lenders charge. We recognize that private-money is often a short-term solution and thats why we offer reasonable loans for borrowers.
