Loan Amount: From $10,000 up to $50 Million dollars on residential hard money and up to $1B on commercial hardmoney loans.

Loan to value (LTV) Ratio: Up to 75% on single properties and 100% using a blanket or cross-collateralization (multi-property) loan.

Mortgage Position: First, second and third position financing are all available.

Term: 1 - 36 months is usual but we can offer up to 30 years for larger deals.

Prepayment Penalty: Generally NO prepayment penalty for most real estate property types.

Appraisal Report: Usually required, but sometimes can be waived depending on property type and LTV.

Origination Fee (Points): Usually from 0 to 5 but it depends on the LTV, property type and risk of the loan.
